President - Alonzo Green (Velma Jackson High School)

 

 

The State President leads the state officer team in carrying out statewide initiatives and assumes overall responsibility for the success of all state programs. The President oversees conference planning, officer coordination, and chapter engagement efforts across the state. This role also involves directing committee work, supporting leadership development initiatives, and serving as the primary liaison between the state officer team and local chapters.

 

Vice President - Damon Wilson (Franklin County Career and Technical Center

 

 

The State Vice President supports the President in carrying out statewide initiatives and assumes presidential responsibilities when necessary. The Vice President assists in conference planning, officer coordination, and chapter engagement efforts across the state. This role also involves overseeing committee work, supporting leadership development initiatives, and serving as a liaison between the state officer team and local chapters.

Secretary - Aziyah Ray (Velma Jackson High School)

 

The State Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation for Mississippi TSA. Duties include recording minutes for officer meetings, managing official correspondence, organizing important documents, and supporting administrative logistics for conferences and events. The Secretary ensures that organizational records are clear, professional, and accessible to advisors and officers.

Treasurer - Austen Johnson (Franklin County Career and Technical Center)

 

 

The State Treasurer assists with financial oversight and responsible management of organizational funds. This role supports budgeting for conferences and events, tracks expenditures, and works closely with advisors to ensure financial procedures are followed. The Treasurer promotes fiscal responsibility and transparency while helping ensure resources are allocated effectively to support statewide programs.

Reporter - Nya Brandon (Fallin Career and Technical Center)

The State Reporter leads public relations and communications for Mississippi TSA. Responsibilities include managing social media presence, creating promotional content, documenting conferences and events, and highlighting student achievements across the state. The Reporter helps shape the public image of Mississippi TSA while ensuring timely and professional communication with members, advisors, and the public.

Sergeant at Arms - Sinyiah Wells (Harrison County Career and Technical Center)

The Sergeant-at-Arms supports the leadership and organization of Mississippi TSA by maintaining order, assisting with event coordination, and ensuring meetings and conferences run smoothly. Responsibilities include helping to prepare meeting spaces, managing attendance and materials, supporting officers during official functions, and upholding professionalism among members. The Sergeant-at-Arms plays a key role in creating a structured and respectful environment while contributing to the overall success of Mississippi TSA events and activities.
